Order Status
Has my order shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Once your order has been received and sent to our warehouse for picking & packaging, the ORDER STATUS will show as PENDING. All orders remain as PENDING until 24 hours after United Parcel Service, UPS (or other carrier) has picked up your shipment. All tracking numbers are updated to your account information well after your order has left our warehouse. Please allow 2-3 business days for your ORDER STATUS to show this updated information.

About BUSINESS DAYS!
This is a mail-order, web-order industry standard. All shipping companies (FED-EX, UPS, USPS, DHL etc.) use Monday thru Friday as their standard 5 day week - OTHERWISE KNOW AS BUSINESS DAYS.
Most of our shipping options show an approximate number of Business days that your order should take to arrive at your door. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Business days refer to weekdays (Monday thru Friday) NOT INCLUDING Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. So when calculating the number of days your order should take to arrive, DO NOT INCLUDE the day you placed the order, weekends and holidays. To calculate your approximate order arrival date, Consider the first BUSINESS DAY after you have placed your order as day 1, then add the approximate number of business days suggested by the shipping option you selected, remembering not to include any weekend days or Holidays. This should give you a very reliable estimated arrival date for your order.
Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order after it has been placed?
 
Sorry, but no. Please review your order carefully BEFORE clicking the PLACE ORDER button. Your credit card will be charged the moment you place your order, therefore orders CANNOT be changed, cancelled or combined in any way after they have been placed. Please make sure all parts are correct and any coupons or gift certificates have been redeemed. You can easly add or delete items in your cart, just click the view cart button at the top of the page.

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. After you click the MY ACCOUNT link, click the - REVIEW ORDERS / TRACK PACKAGES - link. This will display a list of your most recent orders. Click the -CLICK HERE TO REVIEW ORDER- button for the order in question. This will display the detail of your order and show the shipping status. If your order shows as SHIPPED, then click the TRACK YOUR PACKAGE link and the UPS site should pop-up a window with all the tracking detail.

My order never arrived.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

What happens if I have a backordered item?
  Our site only sells items we have currently in stock. Due to a small lag time between the web-site inventory and our main computer inventory, it is possible that an item may be sold which has run out of stock. In the rare event that this happens, you will receive and email notification by the next business day. In most cases we will ship all available items in your order and ship the backordered item as soon as it becomes available. If your backordered items total less then $10.00 , we will cancel the backorder and refund this amount to you. Under normal circumstances , all other backordered items should be available to ship in 1-2 weeks. This however is not guaranteed as many of the items we sell are manufactured by specialty companies who may only run production runs once or twice and year. In these cases, we cannot say when we will have new stock available. If you have a backordered item and no longer wish to wait, please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your backorder and refund your credit card.
