Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your orders status if you set up an account at purchase. If you did not set up an account at purchase, please call 1-800-313-3811 for information on your order.


How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed automatically when your order is shipped. You may also obtain tracking information by logging into your account by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site.


My order hasn't arrived.

Please familiarize yourself with the information on our Shipping page to make sure you understand the delivery time-frame for the level of service chosen at checkout. If you believe that your package has been lost in transit or has far exceeded normal delivery times, please contact customer service for assistance. We must be informed of a missing order within 20 days of your order shipping in order for a lost claim to be submitted with the courier. Cip1 reserves the right to refuse a lost claim if it has been longer than 20 days since the ship date.

Warranty Disclaimer

Most stock replacement parts sold by California Import Parts Ltd / are warranted against defects for 6 months. will replace free of charge or credit your account at our discretion. You must call our returns Manager to verify warranty return eligibility, if eligible, the returns manager will issue a warranty return authorization number ( RA# ). Customer must bear the cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem. Send item(s) shipping prepaid with the RA# clearly displayed on the outside of your box. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused. California Import Parts Ltd / cannot be held responsible for third party expenses, such as installation charges, storage, towing, lodging, etc.
NO warranty or return on Electrical, Carburetors, Books, specially ordered, custom hi-performance parts, Installed or altered parts. Please inspect items for defects BEFORE installation.

Electrical Parts*

CIP1 will not be responsible for any warranties on electrical items- No returns on electrical items. If CIP1 makes an exception to this rule, the customer MUST pre-pay the product either back to us for in-house testing or back to manufacturer for testing. This must have a CIP1 issued RA number prior to shipping back. 

Damaged Items

In order to process claims on items received damaged, requires pictures of the original box and packaging and for the customer to retain said packing until the claims process has been completed. The damage MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery. reserves the right to REFUSE a damage claim if pictures of the original box and packaging can not be provided by the customer, and if not reported within 7 business days of delivery.

How are products shipped to Hawaii and Alaska?

We use DHL & FEDEX to ship ALL of our orders. Both DHL & FEDEX need a physical address to deliver to, and they do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO Box numbers.

Pricing and Billing


Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only pay sales tax if you are located in the same local area as our warehouse. You can easily check what your taxes will be by using are shipping calculator, just click onto the "View Cart" tab at the top of your screen, enter your zip code into box just above the order total, click the "Recalculate" button and your shipping options and costs will be displayed in a pull down box. I have a question on my charges.


What are my payment choices?

When will my credit card be charged?
