This kit will allow you to re-install your original sway-bar onto your 66-77 Beetle or Ghia (Not oversized Heavy-duty sway-bars). These stock style clamps are the same kits offered by all other suppliers, but we are being very truthful when we say that they are VERY difficult to install and can make for a frustrating afternoon. If you choose you use these stock clamps, please be prepared to modify/carve the bushing to help make them fit. You may also need to grind the large clamping band to assist in getting these clamps installed. We highly recommend that you consider upgrading to our Genuine VW replacement clamp and bushing kit. This is the real deal and fits much better then the aftermarket kits. See part number C24-111-498-101-A
