Description
This seal goes between the body and the engine cooling tin. The seal fits into the metal channel around the engine compartment opening. This seal can only be installed with the engine out of the car and is extremely important. If part or all of this seal is missing or broken- your engine will overheat. As well- all the engine tin must be in place to prevent overheating. When ever you have the engine out of your car- replace this seal. Its cheap insurance! FITS ALL: Beetle / Ghia 1967 to 1974.
